Jun 13th 2009 1:17AM dogs and cats have been domesticated for thousands of years and a lot of their traits including alot or lack of fur has been bred into them. my dog has a lot of hair and we have to cut it in the summer or she will overheat. so you really shouldn't overreact like that. sure their owners could do it just for a laugh but as long as the animal isn't being tortured or neglected should you really complain?

Jun 13th 2009 1:11AM this is slightly ridiculous. people get so worked up over animals for no good reason. animals get eaten every day and as long as people aren't hurting animals for fun or profit i think it's ok. they are not hurting the cat and the cat may be annoyed but cats are just like that. it's natural for cats to be pissed off. i think the real issue here is all the political correctness. people need to get their priorities straight. like slavery and children used as shields or whatever. people are more important than animals

Apr 28th 2007 2:42PM yes this is funny. taping your animal doing funny things is funny. it is not exploitation because even if the animal wasn't sedated it still wouldn't know what that is. i agree that being cruel to animals for the sake of being cruel is wrong but a video clip is not cruel. there are far worse things happening to PEOPLE then a clip of a drugged up cat
