Mar 5th 2011 6:08PM According to your wording, those of us responding are defending those that test positive. That is totally incorrect. I am NOT defending those that test positive! Testing positive NOW is NOT the same as testing positive in the past. I sincerely believe that if you tried it, or ANYTHING, once you should NOT be denied a second chance. ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE NOW CLEAN! People can and do change. If convicted, and time is served they can't and shouldn't be judged upon the past. Especially a non-violent charge. As I stated earlier, this law is completely ludicrous and is, in my mind, an injustice to my Constitutional rights! Drug test me now...don't judge me from my past! According to this law a convicted murderer would get the job over a past user. Ridiculous.

Instead of relying on the PAST evidence why not actually DO THEIR OWN drug testing on the CURRENT employees instead of just threatening to do random testing?!? The majority are NOT selling their bodies; they are just giving men (and women!) what they want to waste their money to see. Where else can you make $5,000.00+++ a week working only 3 or 4 days!!!

I have quite a few friends who are dancers. They are extremely good people and are trying to survive just like you and me! I’ve been married for 20 years, have a 17 year old daughter and owned my own biz for 10 years. How dare you make such disgusting and DEGRADING comments regarding people who are different or unacceptable to you. That’s what I find offensive.

I didn't go to college either, I have small breasts, I'm NOT a degenerate nor do I give a crap about others’ breasts. I could care less. Everyone has their preferences - skinny, fat, little tits, big tits, blonde, brunette, etc. (I sincerely apologize to all the dudes out there for what I’m about to say!!) Heck, I’ve seen guys with man boobs bigger than mine. Know what? I'd much rather look at female tits than man boobs. I'm sure most would agree.
