May 28th 2009 11:27AM Paula, you need to spend some time with the Department of Motor Vehicles mnual. I don't know where you drive, but if you ever park ing CA, the law states thst both right tires must be within 18 inches of the curb, unless on a one way street and parked on the left side of the street, in which case the left tires must be within 18 invhes of the curb. This is also the law used to cite cars parked on the wrong side of the street. Logic follows your rule, but since when are laws logical.

I suggest you learn about how he handled the capture of a US ship the SS Mayaguez which was caputured by Kmer Rouge and an attempt to get the crew hidden in Cambodia.
I cannot imagine how the rescue could have been handled better.
