Sep 18th 2010 2:42PM I have four vacation homes, two in Miami and two in Panama. In both situations the rental income from one pays for the other. BE VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU TRUST. I have had Managers to rent and not tell, keeping the money. I had an Attorney in Panama try to steal the Deed to one on the Condo's. The only thing that saved me was a Mortgage I had on the property. But after trial and error I have learned to watch and protect myself, and enjoy my Vacation homes.
