Oct 16th 2009 8:39AM I just wanted to point out that not all of the Rainbow Brite color kids of the 80's were caucasian as this author is claiming. Apparently she never watched Rainbow Brite. I loved Rainbow Brite and is was a lot better than some of the cartoons they have on today like Totally Drama Island. At least Rainbow Brite taught kids how share and be considerate of other people and it definitely did NOT have any sexual inuendos like so many of the childrens shows today.

Sep 18th 2009 7:56AM I LOVE this video!! I think it sort of gives you an insight into which kids have the patience to wait for something better or if they like instant gratification. This is an asset that could come in handy later in life. I sometimes wonder if this skill is completely learned or if part of it is just natural personality. We all know in this day and age, some people want instant gratification(i.e. people with lots of credit card debt.) and some people have the patience to wait and save for what they want instead of getting in debt. Could this experiment possibly tell us which little persons are more inclined to one or the other later in life? I wonder if this was the intent of this experiment? Lol! Anyhow, it gave me my chuckle for the day!! Thanks!!
