Jun 16th 2009 2:46PM First of all I've never thought Lange was funny. Anyone can toss out 4 letter words but it doesn't make it funny. But I must say it was priceless watching Joe Buck getting ticked off. You could see him just sitting fuming. Joe Buck is not half the sports announcer his father was and is so arrogant and smug that I find myself actually prefering Tim McCarver during there baseball telecasts, something I could have never foreseen before these two were paired together.

Jun 3rd 2009 11:34PM Never thought I would agree with Mariotti on anything, but he's absolutely right on this. The fan vote needs to be taken away. I've felt this way for a long time. It's one thing when a big name who is no longer putting up all star worthy numbers gets voted in but for Ramirez to get voting in after testing positive for 'roids. On top of that he will not even have played but around 40 games during the first half of the season.
