Snap Judgement: A Holiday Card Photo Dilemma {ParentDish}
Nov 13th 2010 8:36PM I force my family every year through the dreaded Christmas photo. We usually get a few cards, a couple of extras for family and one 8 by 10 to adorn the family room. Ive done it every year for the last 11 years and as annoying as it may seem to the hubby and kids ... They do appreciate it when we change out the picture every year and look back at all the previous years of photos and see how much the kids have grown.

May 13th 2010 4:06PM the first season was so good ... then it was gone for to long ... and when it came back they had added to many new faces and made a train wreck of the story line. What a shame!!!

Sep 27th 2009 6:24PM I was eating at a miami subs... and i was 9 months pregnant .. with my now 10 year old.... when i bit down on a piece of a broken off metal spatula. when i brought it to their attention .... they gave me a free ice cream :( .... ive never eaten at a miami subs since. Im not the sueing type.... but, you almost kill a mother and unborn child.... whether it was by mistake or not .... and all you have to offer her is a free ice cream??????????????????? this is why people hate greedy corporate America.

Aug 27th 2009 2:58AM I am 35, 5'8 and 145lbs and wear a size 11.... i work out a couple times a month... eat fairly healthy. i am beautiful... hahaha ... but, ive had 3 babies come out of this body naturally and due to genetics and a lot of scratching of my belly while prego... i have stretch marks and little love handles. hey, as we age and lifes wonderful experiences take its toll on us... shit happens!!!!! I am way taller than the average 5'4 chick and ... i find it offensive when people assume that if you wear a certain size, are a certain weight... blah blah blah ... your some fat lazy slob!!! usually its some little girl... who doesnt realyze she isnt a woman yet or some guy... who couldnt even get one of those so called fat chicks!!!! most real women.. dont have the time to work out hours at a time on top of working, cleaning, cooking, running errands, paying the bills, doing the shopping , taking care of her children and being a loving and attentive wife!!!!! i do my best... but then again I only work part time..... and im still overwhelmed!!! if i get to the gym more than 4 times a month its a miricle!!!! cut people some slack... its hard being every woman!!!! and trust me i get flack from both sides of it... from the skinny girls who think im one of them... and say nasty and crude remarks about plus sizes and the larger girls who say i hate you skinny Bit#$es..... im stuck on the fence and dont wanna come off!!! do i wanna obsees about excercising and deny myself delitous foods? or do i let myself eat like crazy and have no disciplin???? I think there has to be a happy medium and for those who havent found that on both side of the debate should be embraced and encouraged!!!! much love to my fellow ladies!!!

Apr 28th 2009 5:23PM all these senators and reps.....switch parties so many times they blurr the line between demo and repub!!! they all might have good intentions on there way to washington.... but when they get there.... all they care about is keeping their seat and the big bucks and posh pads with their full boat benefits!!!! they gave themselves 9 raises during just bushes 2 terms and fought since 1989 not to up minimum wage!!! .... !@#$% them all!!!! 1 year terms might keep these people on there toes!!!!!

Nov 14th 2006 8:51PM ive had 3 children and although i am thin I have never had the perfect body. I eat junk constantly and when I start to see more cottage cheese then I am used to I start the diet again .... its a brutal cycle. but after my last baby i had a tummy tuck.... and believe me she did'nt!! I have a fake belly button, and you can blatently see she does not and for anyone that might want to do this, not worth it unless you are willing to to change your whole life style. I did for a while , but im back to my old ways and as for a six pack,that I do not. well my youngest is six now and maybe if I could get off my ass ,I could have one by the time shes twelve!!!!! Its easy to critisize others for being more perfect than ourselves because they are willing to go the extra mile while we sit on the side lines and bitch!!!!
