Jan 1st 2011 6:53PM I can relate so much to your comment about how your pathological lying came to be. My parents are hoarders and my house is a mess, growing up I couldn't have anyone over so I had to lie to them reasons why they couldn't. This started my lying at a young age. Also, my mother decided to make me and my brother lie to my Grandmother about how their hoarding problem was. I had to say everything was fine and dandy when I was truly miserable, and this was as a young kid! I'm working on ending this problem I was just amazed at how similar our stories were.
