Dec 16th 2011 11:51PM I guess what bothered me the most (and I believe if you signed up for a HOA - you need to follow the rules) - is that neighbors have large play structure - swing sets - trampolines and yet a play house is not allowed. I wonder if the play house is considered a "shed" which isn't allowed. I guess if you live in a HOA community - it teaches you that you can not do anything until you check the bible!

May 6th 2011 9:16PM Well.... a 3 1/2 year old is not a toddler so that statement is wrong. That is preschool age and very different than a toddler, especially when outside with out supervision.
Bringing your kids to day care when you are off work.. . sure all parents need a break. My day care children spend an average of 50 hours a week with me and about 44 waking hours a week with their parents. I know who wants to spend time with their kids and who does not. I feel bad for the kids who have parents who would rather they be with me than with them....

True story.. it was 1979 in San Francisco at a well know Hotel, some dudes the night before jerked off in the pool. Then along came my mom and that stuff went rite up in her.. It happens all the time! I hear like 8% of all children are PSB's (pool sperm baby's.. for the laymen). So i hope this woman wins this lawsuit. FOR ALL THE POOL SPERM BABYS!!!!!
