I had teenagers who were eating me alive... one thing I found was if I slept better I had more energy and was able to cope with their trials and smart mouths. this is real - goodnighties sleepwear...there is something in the fabric that helps you sleep better. so if you're tired Mom from all this you really should check it out. I bought a pair for my sister and she too, agrees. I used to sleep like a slug on the weekends (probably depression) but I don't need to do that anymore.
