He re-married 2 days after the divorce was final. That was 8 years ago and I'm still working at putting my life back together.

Nov 23rd 2010 4:34PM Layla, I agree completely. License the owners and if the dog they own (no matter what breed) if they cause harm or damage, the owner is held responsible. I have a neighbor that has a TINY Miniature Pincher and a neighbor who has a Maltese and these two dogs are the meanest little animals I've seen in a long time.

I have a 10 year old Maltese that I've had since he was 8 weeks old. He is so calm and loving, he's known as the "social butterfly" of the neighborhood.

I don't think breed has anything to do with it, I think it has to do with how they are raised, trained and treated.
