Nov 11th 2010 10:53PM Ugh. I hope they stick with 2 or 3 rugrats and leave it at that. It's so gross that JimBob and Michelle keep cranking out kids like an assembly line. I don't even think animals reproduce that much in their lifetimes. I don't care if these people are independently wealthy...the fact that the woman has been pregnant most of her life is just sick. There are enough people in the world...too many actually. The world is overpopulated, and the Duggars' DNA just isn't important enough to pass along 20+ times. I can't watch that show...it grosses me out.

Oct 30th 2010 1:55PM It's ridiculous. The tuition keeps climbing and they're charging fees for every little thing. I wouldn't be surprised if they start charging a fee for bathroom and toilet paper usage! I'm currently a senior in college and the fees they stick us with are outrageous. Now they're taking out portions of our grant for other stupid fees, and I've had to take out a bunch of loans just to be able to cover books and other school-related expenses because the grants just don't cover everything. So, I'll probably be in debt for the rest of my life. Higher education should not only be for the rich. It really isn't fair. And students struggle enough as it is without them jacking up prices on everything including tuition.

Oct 6th 2010 3:10PM 4-6 cats is NOT hoarding. I have 4 cats...3 actually. One belongs to my daughter. They are all well cared for, healthy, up to date on their shots and neutered, of course. I clean up after them all the time. Any messes they makes are cleaned up promptly. My vet has even told me that I am a good pet owner because I take such good care of my kitties and make sure any medical needs are addressed and attended to. So, for people to think 4-6 cats is "hoarding," they can go shove it. If it were 4-6 dogs no one would be saying anything, but because it's cats, the whole "crazy cat lady"/hoarder stereotype is quickly utilized. I have neighbors who keep well over 6 dogs in their yard, and those poor animals are not well cared for. In fact, one of the idiot neighbors threw their poor Chihuahua outside with the bigger dogs because they were at work during the day and couldn't let him out to do his business. Well, the other dogs ganged up on him and ripped his head off, literally. They killed him. What did my neighbors do? They went and got another dog. Yeah....so, think again about numbers and quality of life of the animals AND the owners before you consider someone to be a "hoarder."

May 6th 2010 10:56PM Really? I'm 36 and I've been on the pill since I was 17. I'm perfectly healthy...no blood clots, no cancer. Sure there are some risks, but if you don't smoke, aren't overweight, and generally take good care of yourself, I don't see any reason why it would have negative effects. You forget there are many types of b.c. pills that help PREVENT certain cancers in women. The type that I take actually LOWERS cholesterol. Get a clue.

That woman has become nothing but a baby machine and that's really gross. She needs to retire that uterus...get her tubes tied or something. Seriously....19+ kids is way, waaaay overboard. There's just no need to be having so many kids nowadays.
