Fit Buzz: Most Obnoxious Comment About Your Weight {That's Fit}
Apr 21st 2010 11:31AM Like Bird, I have been on both sides of the scale. I've also had to deal with comments about my nose from "friends", strangers,doctors and even my mother. When others make comments its more a reflection of their own uncompassionate inner life. But even knowing this it can hurt nonetheless. I've had nothing "fixed" yet I still struggle with self-image and even envy towards those I see as "perfect." This is how I try to look at it when I start to worry or someone makes a remark: my body, my nose and all that EXTERNAL stuff hasn't kept me from having great friends and great romances. There will always be people who are shallow or "trying to help." They can find the tiny hair in every painting. Best defense is to smile and WALK AWAY!

Dec 16th 2008 9:54AM Stevia is not artificial but plant derived and actually good for the pancreas. Its the other crap in ARTIFICIAL SOFT DRINKS that are a hazard. Stevia is sold in health food stores as well sans FDA approval. I prefer the flavor of real sugar or honey to alternatives real or artificail. Stevia does have its benefits tho'.

Feb 5th 2007 7:36AM In the old eastern indian tradition of Ayurveda-marijuana is believed to poison the liver and brain. Not specified how and in what formsthey just say NO to it. Polycythemia, as mentioned in another comment above, is of the liver and I'm sure all systems are affected. I've seen people have permanent personality changes from long-term use as well. It ain't the "success drug" either-LOL

Jan 27th 2007 11:03AM We've got it REAL GOOD here. Too bad greed and waste follow folly. No wonder other less fortunate parts of the world resent the "Western Ways."

Jan 21st 2007 8:21AM I only agree with this because I'm a "feeder"and love sharing people food and lotsa treats. I think this is worse for the dog-LOL
