Oct 1st 2010 11:09AM Hey Jenny, Are you kidding?

"I can't tell you how many times I would go to the bookstore or coffee shop and sit there wishing that a guy would approach me. Why are men so afraid of rejection?

Why aren't you approaching the guy?

Aug 10th 2010 9:21PM Well, you did it again r-guy.... I love your writing and I just feel good after reading another "love"ly tribute to me!! (yes, I am one, but also one of many).

Why Men Hurt Worse After Breakups -- I Should Know, I Did ... {Lemondrop}

Jun 16th 2010 9:23PM I agree with lvdwillia.... break ups can be terrible heartaches for either partner. I have usually been the one getting my heart broken, so when I had to end a 15 yr relationship, it was terribly hard for me knowing the heartache I would be causing.

The person doing the breaking up may appear to be fine, but they could also be hurting. You don't see it because their determinaton to the right thing for themselves (and ultimately the breakee) is brighter than their sorrow.

I still have guilt over it 2-yrs later, but it was the right thing to do. As my therapist said," X deserves someone who loves him amazingly." If it wasn't me, then I needed to be the strong one to end it.

Thus, when this happens to us, the only thing to do is feel it, go thru it, take care of ourselves, move on and start the next chapter of our wonderful lives without regret of love lost, but rather hope of what can be.

Why I Love Older Women (and Why You Should Look Forward to Aging) {Lemondrop}

May 15th 2010 8:57AM Goose, there are plenty of women who are into men of all ages... (personally, I find older men more attractive than younger, and I'm 48). The thing is you have to be fun to be with, don't take yourself too seriously, want to experience life, not looking for a mommy, and enjoy pleasing your woman as described in this article.

Redacted guy got this right. We have lived and survived and have no need for grudges; we enjoy laughing and loving and simply being kind. Our challenge is finding a man who appreciates our strengths and weaknesses without trying to change us or take advantage of us. So when a woman catches your interest, go for it with a smile in your heart and a laugh in your soul... and remember this article by redacted guy. :)

I love your writing redacted guy.... keep it up!
