Sep 15th 2010 2:27PM As a mother of 7 including one child with severe cerebral palsy and adhd, I would have to agree with the restaurant owner. I too am a firm believer that screaming children do not belong in a public restaurant. If you go to church or a concert they ask you to step outside until the screaming is under control. It just means if you choose not to you are the one that has no respect for others. What parents can do to teach the children not to scream is to take the child to the restaurant order out, go home light candles at the table and teach the child how to behave at a restaurant. Do that several times in a six mo period and soon they will learn. My daughter whom is 10 now has been able to eat publicly since she was about 4. It really does start with discipline at home so that they know what behavior is expected to begin with when there in public. I too am soooo tired of the "my child has a disability" because My child really does have a disability but by 4 she knew how to behave. She may eat a little bit from time to time with her fingers but it sure has come a long way from taking her out with a trache, G-tube and broviacs... That for me was exceptionally hard carrying around a suction pump and just trying to have a normal life of eating in public. Those disabilities should be acceptable, but behavior wise screaming kids need to train at home first!

While looking great in lingerie Its so sad that its a shim. What a mass confusion. This fad too will fade sooon but unfortunately the shim will have confused quite a few youth which is exactly what satan would like
