They are doing a job that they elected to do, just like any other man/woman get up everyday and goes out there to do "Their" jobs. The real heroes of this country are the men/woman that go everyday to do miserable jobs that there is no future in, jobs that they do to take care of their families. Everyday of the week that you walk down the street, you are walking by men/women that might be working two jobs to make ends meet. Stop with the soapbox BS. And to think that a man/woman that has a wife/husband and children decides he/she will enter the armed forces just to possibly end up dead is a fool. Your family needs you alive and at home helping take care of things. What good are you to them dead? So little Johnny can run around and talk about how he's daddy died a hero? Little Johnny needs daddy at home, to raise he and make sure he turns out to be a good man. So, these guys should pay for their bags just like the waiter/waitress down the street has to.
