He did this while he was STILL signed with the NBA!!! He did it because he's a nice guy---God help us all if we are adjudicated "guilty" because we happen to be successful!

Jan 12th 2010 9:24AM Just because there was a tragic death does NOT mean it was murder... Just because the "defendant" was an NBA star, with $$$, doesn't make this murder! Sometimes we all do stupid things--fortunately for most of us the result is not as great a consequence as the result in this tragic case. Were JW's acts stupid? ABSOLUTELY! Did he INTENTIONALLY kill Mr. Christofi? NO... I repeat, NO! This was a stupid, alcohol assisted, horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE accident! For the love of God--people--none of us were there--give the Christofi family a break, let it go.... Do you think that your ridiculous comments are helping anyone? Unless you were there and you have 1st hand knowledge of what occurred that differ from what was presented in the original trial, shut up! You have NO idea, what you are tslking about....!
