First congress pressued the banks to loan money to people in the form of mortgages they could not pay. Thanks Chris Dodd and Barny Frank (scumbags). Do the banks need to loosen up on working with folks who are having issues... YES! That said folks need to remember what caused the whole recession, the housing market collapse. Brought on by congressional pressure with fanny and Freddie. Why Dodd and Frank are not in jail is beyond me.

It would be better for all involved if both parents looked at resolving this out of court. There was once love between the parents. A bit of compassion on his part would go a long way. But like it or not the court made the right decision.
