Jan 5th 2010 5:02PM Not sure this is going to work and this is why. First - most people who are working are Looking out for ThemSelves due to there are no jobs if you lose the one you have. Why??? Would someone want to be a mentor and risk there own positions security. Even though - there is None! Not trying to be a down ner... but these are the hard facts. Keep your head low be willing to do two-three peoples work. Try to not stand out in any way. No co-workers are your friends but keep it professional at all times. Do not confide - Do not trust. If lay-offs are looming at your company - every man or women will want to feed their family. Hard facts. Please protect yourself the worse is yet to come. The retail and commercial loans are bellying up as we speak. Europe is in a bad state. The greedy oil mongers that made a bundle from $5 gas threw the world into a series of events that will separate the rich from poor so widely that the good times are surely over!
