Nov 17th 2010 8:54AM I am still trying to figure out why the teacher A. Even so much as commented on the girl's belt buckle, and B. Why any action was taken from her innocuous remark. She was in my opinion, correct. and C. I fail to see any reason for suspending the teacher for any of this. Seems REALLY over the top. ... but then, this did take place in Michigan. The only thing worse than the weather up there is the politics!

I mean, break that ad down: It's an old school insult. PERIOD. But most of you; men AND women, aren't bothered ... I call that insensitive.

I am one of the older guys that prefers to look at younger women, and I am somewhere between surprised and offended by what they have done there. I have been aware for decades that the only enemy older women have is younger women, but what has been done here just adds fuel to every woman's angst. It is (PC) 'inappropriate'. (Normally, I also dislike PC stuff, but that word really fits here.) I have one daughter that is a slave to fashion and naturally, a model. I have never 'got it', and it infuriates her. Maybe I can twist the knife so to speak, by bringing this article to her attention ... :)
