Jan 4th 2011 9:18AM this is what the world has come down to fire people for speaking there mind or working a second job just to get by i would do anything to get a job there but i cant because i have bad credit because i was laid off in 2008 i havent been able to find a job anywhere i send out on a average of 40 resumes a week i get back responses please pay for a credit background check im not some violent criminal or a sex offender i had a dui i wasent charged with the dismissed it in court and because of that when i do have a potential employer call me for a interview they ask about it im not a drinker i say i was unlawfully charged by a crooked cop they say oh i just cant trust that they think im a drunk so they say well i will let you know and i never hear back from them ever i was turned down for a job at a lowes i have 5 years cashering experience & 10 years production under my belt they ask why i was laid off i said it was due to economic problems they never beleive it and they think i was a lazy worker not true i was a hard worker i would go in an hour early & stay a hour or 2 after and cleaned the whole place while everyone else went home i also stayed and helped out the graveyard shift when people were late or were sick & couldent come in i would stay 5 extra hours to prove i was a good worker i was never looked at in that way i was put down called a retard because i have a learning dissability but i did what i could to keep my job i had coworkers who would leave on break go up the street and smoke a joint and come back the boss didnt care and the supervisors didnt care my life was always in there hands & if they did something that would endanger me & i got hurt by them i would get in trouble for getting hurt because they were high i mentioned it a few times i was told it wasent my concern i was like ok if that person was doing something next to me and drilled my hand or something because they were high it was ok but it was against company policy to be under the influence of anything but i just kept my mouth shut and there were alot of people who didnt speak any english they would always talk bad behind your back & when the line was down they would just sit and talk to other people while people like me cleaned and kept working instead of talking to others as it was a production line job sure we would go smoke quick come back in and get working if the line was down this happend alot they would always take half hour restroom breaks all the time i would take a 5 minute bathroom break it never took me a half hour to take a leak they would come back with icecream we didnt have any vending machines like that they would go in the bathroom call there wife or whatnot they would call while they was working or text which was against policy they would have there partner come in with there kids and talk to them in the working area which was not allowed but they kept there jobs because they would complain that they had had two different families to support i dont have a wife or kids so they didnt care now im on welfare i cant pay my bills i had my car repoed i had to sell everything i owned because i was olny given 9 months of unemployment not the 104 weeks that was offered because i only worked 7 years so do the math on that i would have to work 70 years to get that extra time for unemployment so us people who dont get unemployment are all facing going to jail because there is no jobs anywhere so they will lock up innocent people for that so all the jails/prisons will be very over full because you will be locked in a cell with a criminal who did comitt a violent crime thats what the world is coming to there is plenty of vacant buildings everywhere to have jobs in all the jobs where i live that become available there is 5000 people in front of me so i have to be a very lucky person to get picked out of those 5000 people its like we had a few new winco stores open up they had 15000 thousand people apply for 450 jobs while the rest got turned down then they let some of those people go it was like 300 jobs that were kept we had a few big companies here that did layoffs with people the got rid of swing shift & graveyard shifts about 200 jobs for each buildings we had over 5000 jobs that were cut now we are still looking for those jobs to come back but they wont we also had a lot of dodge dealers here close in my area a lot of small businesses a few restraunts a few toys r us and a bunch of video stores a few grocery stores as well these jobs will never come back its going to be a long wait for some of us i wish the best of luck to all who are struggling to find a job i myself look everyday but havent got a call yet

Dec 28th 2010 2:31AM sounds like these gals shouldeve got a background check as required by state law every girl i meet i have my background check handy as i have been charged over 5 grand for background checks to meet gals online & another 5 grand on dating web sites i havent dated in 10 years as all the bad boys have all these gals taken im a very nice kind sweet honest guy i just dont know why i can meet any gals these days i dont have a criminal history ive never been charged with a crime in my life i like my freedom i wouldent like going to jail & being in a cell all day by myself i have this at home because im unable to find any work where i live its a joke they dont hire people here its life i guess ??????? so ladies before you meet any guy be sure to have him get his background information handy or just get his name & info and go to that been verified site on tv its just 15 dollars a month to screen out all the convicts & sex offenders im sure this will help alot of people out since everyone is judged these days !!!!!!!!

Dec 25th 2010 1:39AM i also asked for a gal for christmas for the last 10 years it hasent happened yet its all because all the gals in ewwtah are a bunch of gold diggers users cheaters liars phonys ive ever came across im a honest nice kind decent guy ive never been to prison i dont have a criminal background no kids mrs right is nowhere to be found its all good though when all the convicts are all taken maybe this nice guy can get his nice gal ?????? its nice to wish but also dissapointing at the same time if it were 10 years ago i could get a date no problem but nowadays i have to pay every gal 30.00 for a background check all because that one guy from craigslist killed that gal he made it bad for everyone all the gals ive met off craigslist are all very much alive & married now they just used me for cash & when they got what they wanted they said see ya so its ok ive also been turned down by 15000 gals in the last two years all because im not a criminal the last time i check gals were attracted to nice guys not guy who abused gals like beat them up things like that or they were locked up for violent crimes maybe if i was a felon i could get me a girlfriend ive even thought about finding single gals in jail and maybe when they got out we can date i had a friend who does that she has had alot of boyfriends because she likes dating felons what has the world come to ?????

Dec 24th 2010 8:49PM im not trying to run a scam why are people so rude ??? im a honest person and as a internet use yes i do have internet my sister lets me use hers on wifi if its anyones business and as far as jobs for drivers here in my state im unable to find streets im not good with directions its part of my add im a smart person but if i get an adress its hard for me to find it i get lost and as far as a car goes its paid off its not reliable so if i got a driver job it would break down noone wants a driver with a car thats not reliable period and for other driver jobs for like parts stores they only hire female ive called them all to ask them why they said if you worked at a repair shop would you like to look at a guy ??? personally i wouldent pay attention to that they just drop off the parts at the front desk so you never see who is driving and as far as a granr goes i dont qualify for a grand ive asked about that i was told i dont make enough to get on because food stamps arent income i didnt just stop working i was laid off it took me two & a half years to get that job i called them every day for the longest time they got tired of my calls and said come in we will give you an interview because i did work there in 1997 for a year or so i had to leave because i wasent treated good so i went to work in other places yes i have worked but its been a struggle for me i did have a job coach who would go with me on my jobs i had a job at wal-mar when i was 19 they had another guy who was in the same program he never showed up when he was suppose to in the end they kept him on & let me go because i was a hard worker ive always worked at low pay jobs because its all i could get i worked at blockbuster for a year & a half they wont hire me back company policy they told me you only get one chance to work there then thats it & that was back in 1996 its been over 14 years they are always looking for cashiers but im not able to go back im not trying to scam or cheat anyone out of anything i just want to work i cant make money sitting at home looking for work answering 20 ads a day for jobs then get a email back asking me to pay for a credit check background check im not a convict i do have bad credit because i cant pay my bills i did the right thing by giving my car back to the bank i knew i couldent afford it anymore i also turned off my cell phone because i couldent afford it i quit buying everything i liked movies collectibles because i had no job to afford it i sold all my hot wheels i had collected for 14 years just to get by i lost over 5000.00 when i sold them i have changed my lifestyle i dont spen money on frivolus things i only buy what i need to survive on food mostly i dont buy junk food candy or anything im not crying about it but things have got to change with the employment departments if i had 4 kids & a wife it would be different because they would give more help to me but i dont i cant date anyone who wants to date a nice good guy who dosent have a job answer none beleive me ive answered many ads on personal sites when they find out i dont have a job thats it im just in a hard place right now all im asking for is advice from anyone i dont have any friends to talk to about things like this im not rude to anyone ive never been that way ive been used scammed walked all over lied to cheated on ive had people steal from me con me if i knew how to con a person or scam a person i would but i dont its not honest because im an honest person ive always been that way i treat people with respect even when they talk down to me & make me feel bad i can handle that but when your working with people & they start calling you a retard and yelling at you saying you cant do the job i draw the line there i had a guy i worked with he was a pot smoker he would get in his car with his buddies on breaks go up the road have a joint come back to work you could smell it on him it was a threat to me because we worked on a production line if he did something to harm me i would be screwed i told my supervisor about it & nothing was done about it im not one to speak up but if a person is high things could happen we had a handfull of these people that were on drugs they just let them all keep working even though they were high its ok i was never hurt i was just hurt by there words im not a retard just a slow learner it took me two years to learn how to one of the jobs but i did it well after i caught on some i never caught on to so i was asked to leave or go to a different building so i had to learn new things again i did catch on i learned a bit of welding but was never taught the right way i asked every year for 7 years to get a forklift license but was turned away they would give it to other people who were there a shorter time than i was i really wanted to learn how to do that but never got that chance i had a few friends that were drivers they told me ask one of them to teach you they can come in on there own time to teach you they all said no my time is very precious to me so i said thats ok one day i will get that chance but i didnt my email is ehm1976@aol.com send comments there all are much appreciated thanks to all who responded

Dec 24th 2010 6:50AM thats so funny really im struggling im an american a legal us citizen with a dissability i havent worked in two years im living off of 200.00 a month in food stamps im 25000.00 in debt i cannot afford clothing gas shampoo razors the basics that food stamps dosent cover i was denied ssi because the state says im able to work ive had this condition for 30 years i was held back in school made fun of bullied had teachers flunk me because i had bad writting they couldent read it i failed my ged i can afford the 60.00 dollars to take the test again as i have a car that isnt reliable it has 280000 thousand miles on it 7 its in need of repairs it need a front end alignment nex axel a thermostat tires brakes all that good stuff i had to get a car when i was laid off in 08 i had a 05 dodge with 50000 thousand on it i had to give it back to the bank i had to get a cheap car that i could pay off with the unemployment i was getting i paid it off im over 3500.00 in repairs i paid 2500.00 for it its not reliable i cannot get any help from anyone im in need i also need to see a physician for my learning dissability but i cannot afford the cost of that im unable to qualify for medicade because i dont i have kids and im not old i think its bull i hate these stupid things on here that say how to get rich schemes ive been suckered into these ive paid out over 5000.00 for background checks another 3000.00 for credit checks for jobs and another 5000.00 on a make money off a computer site well i did that for 10 months didnt make a dime ive been scammed by everything on the computer jobs dating sites free sites craigslist ive answered ove 20000 ads on there site its all a bunch of let downs rejection and false hopes of making it in america im just about ready to pack up a sack & hitchhike to another country and make 10.00 a day its better than what i make now which is nothing because there is no money here in the us for anyone we all no longer get unemployment everyone that did was making atleast a gran now they say well here is 200.00 a month for food but we cant help pay yyour bills so 3 million people will soon be filling the jails because we cant get jobs to pay them so you will be locked up with a child molester or a somekind of sex offender killer who knows all because the economy will not get any better there is over 40000 people coming here every year illegally thats in every state thats 2 million jobs of the 3 million who are without so 1 million will have a good life while the rest of us suffer on nothing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oct 13th 2010 2:17AM i have read this i have called over 400 places in one day asking if they were hiring they all said no i said ok i will email you my resume & they will just get it & delete it once they do get it i have been unemployed now for 23 months im 25000 in debt i have alot of judgements against me right now i had to give up my car in 09 seeing it was the right thing to do i figured if i couldent no longer to afford it to give it back i had to get my phone turned off for good i sold all my collectibles i collected for over 15 years they were worth well over 7000.00 dollars i took a hit on them i sold them all for 1450.00 i had to use that to live off when i was cut off of unemployment that was in march so no im living off 200 a month in food stamps i cant look for work because you cant use a food card to purchase gas i can only stay home & send out 10-20 resumes a day with no luck ive been turned down for various jobs walmart kmart shopkos lowes a lawn mowing job & temp jobs i dont have a criminal record or anything i dont have a hs diploma i failed the ged test & if i could afford the 60.00 dollars to take the test & 10.00 for gas to get there i would retake the ged ive worked since i was 16-32 straight through without a gap in employment i do have a learning dissability so if there is any job here in utah usa near my area clearfield area who will hire me i would work for 2.00 an hour its more than a illegal would make buy im willing to do that im a hard worker

Sep 26th 2010 9:00AM im tired of all these peoples comments on how they met there there boy/girlfriends im on them all i wish there was one that dosent charge for poor people like me they say they are all free but thats just to sign up if you want to make contact you have to pay the monthly fee if i was able to pay for these i would be paying nearly 3000.00 a month now most of these charge because they have to run a credit & background check coming from a person with less than good credit & no criminal record i dont see how people actually meet these days ive havent dated for years im just used by every gal for cash & they run i guess im the stupid on i was scammed out of 10000.00 last year from dating sites & background checks i didnt meet a single gal they just took the cash & ran i got no numbers just rejection letters & they turn around & ask me to pay for a dating site & more background checks these dating sites need to be shut down or let everyone meet someone without paying come on people !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
