We Try It -- Smooth Away {Lemondrop}

Jul 8th 2009 8:31PM First off - a disclaimer. I work for a company that makes (chemical based) Female depilatory aka hair removal products. Because we at the office all hears about the amazing results and Sales of Smooth Away we trotted off to the local Drug store and bought a few (6) for each of us to try.

Benefits: No mess, no smell as some depliatories are poo pooed about

Negatives: Most of us had red, and raw skin...and surprise, the "active ingredient" in Smooth Away is sand paper...so it really is no surprise that the majority of us had ill effects.

We'll stick with our own products - which I am not naming here so as not to further inflame Smooth Away lovers or depliatory haters, but I will say that when properly used, using a chemical depilatory will remove hair, exfoliate (they all do), and lead to the return of finer, softer hair re-growing...Just requires patience and the ability or willingness to follow directions...
