Does Jay Leno Deserve All This Late-Night Backlash? {PopEater}

Jan 13th 2010 10:42PM Personally, I honestly can't stand talk shows PERIOD. That goes for Leno and Conan. I don't think they're funny, and when Leno was brougth to the 10:00PM slot I felt like they used him to get rid of even more quality television.

NBC is known for cancelling excellent shows. Now they're just bring late night CRAP and putting it on at the end of what I considered to be prime time viewing for the evening.

I say get rid of them both and get back to producing QUALITY television.

Did 'The Jay Leno Show' Kill 'Southland'? {Inside TV Blog}

Oct 12th 2009 7:45PM What is wrong with these morons at NBC? Southland was a great show. They canned it for Leno? Leno isn't funny - I REPEAT, LENO ISN'T FUNNY.

These guys are shooting themselves in the foot. All they do is kill good shows for trailer trash reality and now, Leno? Sheesh...

Patrick Swayze Loses His Battle With Cancer at 57 {PopEater}

Sep 14th 2009 9:43PM First, yes, I'm very sad to hear Patrick is gone. He was a great actor and so young. My condolences to his family.

However, I'm shocked that in the vote for his best movie, they fail to mention "Uncommon Valor" with Gene Hackman. He was absolutely GREAT in that movie, yet I never really see it mentioned in articles about him.

Vermont Teen Going to the Slammer for 'Sexting' {Switched}

Sep 7th 2009 9:21AM The bigger problem here isn't necessarily what these kids did, it's societies attitude TOWARDS what they did.

What we first need to do is stop Government and particularly corporate America from snooping into our business.

Corporate America will probably read this poor guys name because they're unethical enough to do searches on people, and he'll have a hard time getting a job - and that's not right.

Don't you find it ironic that the worst of the unethical people out there are the ones who wouldn't hire this kid, or the girls if their names were known? These same people who reward themselves with billions in bonuses, trash small towns with waste, and withhold clinical information? Why? Because this kid won't meet their "high ethical standards".

This is (relatively) petty when you consider what is going on in this world. Yet this poor kid is going to be paying for a very long time.

Short City: Radio Shack {BloggingStocks}

Aug 17th 2009 7:02PM Yea, for real... Ripio Shack has always had ridiculous prices. However, that they're still around says that either they're really good at marketing, or there are a lot of stupid people out there buying from them.

Brad Pitt for Mayor of New Orleans? 'I Don't Have a Chance' {PopEater}

Aug 16th 2009 10:44AM I agree with you Spike. I don't agree with any of the items on his platform, especially the gay marriage portion, but he does do good work and doesn't deserve to be badmouthed here in this forum.

He's a good guy, and a good actor. He does great work to help New Orleans out and I hope he keeps it up.
