Sep 11th 2011 12:41AM I hope you don't really mean what you've written. No CEO has a responsibility to offer money to anyone. Please know that I'm not a CEO of anything. I'm retired after working almost 40 years as a nurse. But I don't now and never did expect anyone to open their wallet for me.
I don't mind one bit taking out my checkbook and offering some money to this lady, but if someone were demanding it ... meanwhile calling me hateful names I'm pretty sure I could close my purse just as easily as I opened it!

Sep 11th 2011 12:12AM Your comment is very well thought out. Thanks for posting it. I hope angry people don't respond to your levelheadedness. From the posts I've read it looks like lots of money is headed to this lady, and I don't begrudge one cent of it. If that is the case, though, we can look forward to a deluge of stories just like this one.

Jul 4th 2011 6:50PM What I'd like to know is the age of this guy that she's dating (or whatever they call it these days). He looks young-ish in the pictures. The reason I wonder is that she practically devoured Tony Parker when they first met and he was barely legal. Wouldn't surprise me to discover this is a cradle robbing incident as well. Just saying.

This lady's story probably wasn't at all uplifting until she found work. That's a universal truth. Do you suppose she was a conservative before she got that job? sheesh!
