Apr 6th 2010 11:21PM Loved your witty write-up and I am in agreement with poster about the end of Idol. However, I thought it was the end of Idol when Adam left. The finale with Queen was such a huge finale that it really seemed a final to Idol. First Paula, then Simon. But hell yeah, he should def. wear those silvery leggings from Australia! Aw, guess the censors wouldn't like it so much, those party-poopers!

Feb 5th 2010 7:41AM Interesting article about a fascinating guy, a great singer/actor that really livens things up. I'm trying to avoid watching ABC and don't as a general rule. They dropped a great drama in Kyle XY when I thought it was one of the best things on TV. Maybe ABC has a problem recognizing talent? Yeah, the AMA was a step backwards for Lambert, but let's move on. Was it really THAT bad? Even Kanye West gets a second chance. Hey, if Lambert shows up in @$$-less pants PLEASE get some photos! Video footage would be good, too.

Dec 27th 2009 10:28AM I don't think the winner actually won. Would Kris Allen have gotten the title if he didn't play any musical instruments? It was supposed to be a SINGING competition and I don't think the winning vocalist won. But Allen made a very good showing with his instrumentation and it gave him a base of support with his singing. These guys are both great guys and good friends, and I wish them both the best for a great future. I only follow one, however, and will only be attending concerts that he's at and buying his fabulous music: the unique and fascinating Glambert.

May 2nd 2009 5:41PM You're right about nothing's being said about Iraheta's previously mentioned winnings. But I have seen several comments about how Adam Lambert is too professional to be on American Idol. How come it's okay for the one and not the other? He hasn't won any singing competitions that I have heard of, nor any recording contracts, to my knowledge.
With 10% of the male population being gay (look it up!), no one should even notice. And being "Christian" and 'not' wearing nail polish never prevented anyone from being gay, as it's not a choice. You either are or you aren't and have as much choice in that decision as you had in choosing your eye color before you were born. Educated people understand this.
Adam Lambert is an amazing talent and deserves to win. I look forward to Tuesday night and seeing what he's going to do next. Can't wait to see him live in concert.
