Oct 22nd 2009 10:42AM My parents were pretty broke when I was a kid so fancy costumes were out..at about 3 or 4 my parents bought a ton of green balloons and made me a grape vine. They painted my face green and I wore green tights and they pinned those balloons all over me. I don't know how I walked around being that little with balloons all over me! BUT looking back it was kinda cute-maybe my future kids will get the same treatment! haha

Apr 22nd 2009 10:36AM My husband and I started the book "The Love Dare" and it is really awesome! It really teaches you to do the very thing you did, praise your partner! It really works...my "praise" is the usual nice comments and love notes but we also have "pat praises" and I find that the more I pat all over him the more lovey we are to one another...I am always rubbing his back, scratching his head, kissing him on the cheek....and it tends to lead to more touching if you know what I mean...which is awlays nice! We def have a better marriage because of all of the above!
