Just as it is your right to voice any comment over these opinions to this story of spouses versus pets, so it is my right and my "business". I not only have a concern over people and their human relationships, but I also have a great concern as to how pets are treated in a household. Yes, If a person has the means to care for 5 animals it is their right and may not be hoarding, but in more situation than I care to mention here as examples, it can be an indication of hoarding and can lead to the lack of care of the animals concerned. So just as I will respect your opinions and concern over humanity and the animal kingdom, Please do not try to stifle my genuine concerns over both areas of concern. It is not only my concern and "Business", but it is the concern and "business" of all the caring people who weighed in an opinion for the care of not only humanity but also all the animal kingdom we share this planet with.

Jan 27th 2011 9:34AM As a partner in life with my both my wife and four legged child, I would like to respond to Dorothy Baxter's attitude to both her 5 dogs and ex-husband (who apparently cheated on her. Your husband might have cheated on you because you favored 5 dogs instead of him in your family relationship and he got tired of competing for your time and love. Plus with 5 dogs, I don't necessarily believe you are helping the overall rescue process of the dogs themselves. With 5 dogs, you are not just offering all this extra love you have to give, YOU ARE HOARDING ANIMALS. Please seek some professional help for both your issues, that of attitude toward men and your compulsion for hoarding animals. These are dangers that will not only hurt the men or pets in your life, but hurt you personally on the road of life.

May 19th 2010 10:12AM The loss of the vote and primary election could not happen to a nicer TRAITOR of a politician's so-called lifetime Republican ideals in his political career to just be re-elected at 80 years of age for a job. I guess he does not have enough money at his age or pension or perks to survive on if he had to retire. The unfortunate thing is that the righteous intent that may have started in the beginning of their Ministries gets corrupted by money along the way. The self sacrificing gene for God, the poor, the needy, or the under privelaged gets infected. We then see the scandals that come out by high profile Ministers. If an religious organization's board of directors(if they have them obviously) can not control and make public their Minister's earnings and bonus programs then the government should have the right to come in and inspect his and their books to see what they are doing with their money. It is highly unlikely that corporate officers or the head Minister of any organization or corporation will ever police themselves. Power as well as money corrupt, but absolute power and unreviewed money trail corrupts absolutely.

It may have been a negative comment, but who says that everyone has to perform a "mea culpa" at the toe of a preacher such as the Reverend Al Sharpton. He is an antisemite and a black racist hating whites. Obviously he does not follow the teachings of Christ to turn the other cheak and forgiveness teachings when he said the apology from Imus was not enough and called for his firing. I think it is time that the Reverend should stop rable rousing like he did with the false story of the lacrosse player and getting on the band wagon to ruin other people's lives. I think one day that the wheel is going to squeek for grease so much that there is going to be a back lash situation.
