Six Flags Denies Jobs to 2 Women Based on Natural Hair {BV Black Spin}

Apr 24th 2010 9:39AM They're not "natural" by any stretch of the imagination. they had to do something to their hair to achieve the "locks." They aren't Komondor dogs; their hair does not naturally grow that way. Same thing goes for braids and shaved heads; someone had to braid each individual braid. Also, to have a "shaved" head, you have to do exactly that, shave it; which is a verb. A verb constitutes some action.

Tattoo Regrets -- The Rebound Spider {Asylum}

Apr 9th 2010 10:03AM prstnldr- my family contradicts your statement, in full. My oldest sister is a lawyer and has a tattoo on her foot. My other sister is a teacher has three tattoos, one on her foot, one on her hip and the other on her wrist. I myself am an anesthesiologist, and guess what? I have a tattoo on my hip. You should really think about what you say before you generalize a topic.

Husband Lists Few Meds in Murphy Home; Coroner Notes Say Otherwise {PopEater}

Dec 23rd 2009 10:07AM Was the girl ever diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome? because the heart murmur can be caused by that, and all of the drugs listed, (Klonopin , Topamax, Hydrocodone and Propranolol) are all used to treat such disease. Although, the Topamax and Hydrocodone are a stretch, but if she also had an autonomic dysfunction along with the POTS, they could all be explained. especially since a branch of autonomic dysfunction, autonomic neuropathy, can cause POTS. with the AN, unexplained joint pain and brittle bones play a huge part, so there's the hydrocodone. topamax because the brain has frontal lobe spike reoccurring that can turn into generalized seizures. and the propranolol and klonopin could have been used to control her heart rate.

no, im not a medical professional, i just suffer from AN and POTS.

Snow Globes Banned at Airport Security {Digital City Blog}

Oct 7th 2009 9:50PM I agree. TSA has gone too far with the gel and liquid ban. they seem to pick their battles. When traveling with my grandparents in 2007, my grandmother, an ER nurse had just gotten off work, she had in her purse, surgical scissors which are extremely sharp, and a syringe with an attached needle, they did not say anything, but they tried to take toothpicks out of someones FROZEN sausage in front of me once. While traveling last week, they took my toothpaste, in cleveland, after i had already passed security with it in Tampa; but did not take my mother's TWO tubes of toothpaste, same exact size.

Teen Sex Texting -- the Newest Threat! {Lemondrop}

May 26th 2009 11:11PM I'm 16, and the slang terms they used in this article: 1174's and FMLTWIA...never heard of them. if teens are going to talk about sex...we use actual words....no abbreviations. its pointless because not everybody knows every abbreviation. get over it.

More Women Piercing for Pleasure -- Down There {Lemondrop}

Apr 7th 2009 9:53AM "liabal" isn't a body part sweetie. so i guess as a doctor you skipped the months of anatomy classes that were required. for future reference LIABAL is a site you use as a background check. nice try though. if you're going to lie...make it credible.

sincerely-a 16 year old sophomore who's obviously more educated than a doctor.
