Mar 30th 2010 12:44AM i couldn't agree more. i would never step foot in that salon and allow any of those "ladies" to touch my hair or do my make-up. and it annoys me that they are just perpetuating the jersey stereotype...not all of us are like that!!! i moved to nc and people down here never believe me when i tell them i'm from nj...probably because i don't look ridiculous like those girls and i definitely don't TAWK LIKE DAT either...lol...

Nov 8th 2009 8:27AM i didn't even bother with a wedding cake at my wedding. i personally don't like cake very much and didn't want to waste a lot of money on something that i didn't want, so we did a viennese table instead. we had a lot of different desserts and no one seemed to mind. we did have a birthday cake at our wedding though, because it was my husband's brother's birthday...haha...
