Oct 2nd 2008 4:03PM What is disgusting or nauseating about a doll? The insane uneducated comments are what is disgusting or nauseating.
These are DOLLS people!
I am a reborn artist. I create these beautiful collectable works of art. If a doll does that to you then YOU are the one with a serious problem.
As a little girl I would venture to say we all played with dolls (maybe some little boys too...and now some big boys). We collected dolls and still do. Some collected Barbies, Cabbage Patch on and on...So what's the problem.
Men and boys collecetd GI Joe's, Trains, Matchbox cars etc. Now some still have their collections. If a man collected guns that don't make him a killer...If a woman collects dolls that dont make her a mother!
OK, so they look realistic. When I was a child I would have LOVED to have a doll that looked so real!
Have anyone checked out those "real dolls" the full size adult dolls sold on the internet? NOW that's "weird"?

Is it a REAL baby that spooks some people? WOW, Then you DO have a serious problem then.

I create these baby dolls and sell on my website www.angelstouchnursery.com and also on ebay. This is a great hobby and has been very profitable since I am older and semi retired. I love it and will continue to do this as long as it gives me pleasuer and happiness.
People that are turned off by the sight of them I suggest you just dont look...go find something that interest you and pursue it.
But don't bash or insult others because thay have chosen this art form.

Aug 2nd 2008 10:41AM Looks to me like the "writer" of this article is out numbered and there are more people FOR the show Jon & Kate +8 than against.
I guess he should stick to something he knows about...and I am sure that may take a while as he sure seems to know nothing!

Maybe her can write about proctology...since he has his head up his...azz...lol

I know I am not without fault on this one...expecially when my marriage was heading for divorce.

I think some should look in the mirror before saying things about others. This is reality TV...and life is not perfect

Usually the ones blaming someone else is guilty themselves.

I love the show and hope to see these kids graduating from highschool one day.

If ya don't like it don't watch it...what can I say...just STOP trying to label everyone and everything.

I am in total agreement!
I watch the Nanny and see people with a few kids that are so out of control it is horrible, behavior is so bad and the words out of those kids mouths...I would LOVE to get hold of those parents...they are not parenting.

...I dont see Jon & Kate's kids acting like that they are very well behaved and I think they would be fun to be around!

I remember growing up, rough-housing and swatting my siblings playfully...was that abuse?
I get tired of everytime you say or do something people have to label it and make it into something it's not.
Yes, I agree Kte is controlling..she has to be...Jon is very laid back and like most men don't think about what needs to be done unless someone tells them. They are not as tuned into the needs of children and a household. Most men are in their own world which covers their job and sports and their interest. I am not saying their wife and kids are not their interest...but really, think about it...do most men know what it's like to be with kids 24/7? I think not!
Jon is a great husband and father and Kate is a great wife and mother.
I do know when you have a camera crew in your face you sometimes say and do things out of normal.
Jon & Kate are great parents and their childres and sweet and very well behaved. Mady is a little jealous and needs more attention, but she is a child.
I think the show educates a lot of people on what it is like to raise 8 children. In the old days people had large families...not most have 2 or 3 kids.
I applaude Jon & Kate!!!

I don't think Kate treats Jon so bad...you can tell it is just childish banter between them...I think it shows their playfullness and love. My hubby and I have been like that for years...picking and teasing.
I think some like to analyze everything and find something wrong.

Jul 25th 2008 9:05AM Ya better believe it...at least on my website people can see they are not creepy that they are beautiful works of art.
The only doll they see in the article is that womans..and her interview.
Dolls wih beating hearts and heat apparatus are a very small percentage of the reborns out there as are people trying to replace a child they lost or can not conceive.
I guess there is always going to be someone to see things in their own distorted way.
I love reborning and I have worked very hard to perfect and promote the art.

Jul 25th 2008 8:29AM I make these beautiful creations called reborns. There is nothing more beautiful than a baby and little girls have played with dolls forever.
You dont grow old playing with dolls...you grow old because you dont play with dolls.
