The whole objective of the layoffs is the bottome line and since it is written in corporate stone that females make less money than the man, while they do AT LEAST the same amount and quality as men, quess who keeps the company wheels turning and the bottom line back in line?????

Tyra is wonderful and honest and gorgeous...quit being jealous of her and trying to start crap!!!! She takes risks that others are afraid of and they are like "oh, dear"....keep on keeping on Tyra!
