Treesje's Laura Darrah and Sheila Nazarian: From Bridesmaids to Business Partners {AOL Small Business}

May 16th 2011 11:01AM origamib, I don't see anywhere in the article or title that say's its a rags to riches story, and even if it did, the writers spin shouldn't cause such anger towards these women. Also, their attitude of not wanting to get a "real" job, simply means they don't want to go the normal 9-5 route, which is a big reason why a lot of people start their own business. If a benefactor suddenly blessed you with a lot of money would you want people to be angry at you for your advantage because they have to work harder? How about if we are happy for people instead. I agree it's silly to pay so much for a bag though. :)

May 12th 2011 12:27PM The anger in these comments towards these hard working women is disturbing. Yes, they may have a financial advantage, but that's because their parents have also worked hard to provide for them. I think it's commendable that these women are making their own way instead of sitting back and expecting daddy to pay their way. It's smart to use the advantages that life has given you. I feel sorry for the people who are so jealous that they have to lash out at these American women, just because they have to work harder than someone else. I say congratulations to these women and I hope them success in their families, and their business.

Eyeing growth, McDonald's plans 1,000 new stores {Daily Finance}

Nov 13th 2009 2:34AM A lot of McDonalds bashing. Must be liberals who hate American success. McDonalds is a great place to eat now and then, and a good value. Any time you eat out you risk getting bad food now and then, I never have at McD's but I have at fancier places. It's a normal part of life in an imperfect world. I bet nobody tries harder to keep their food good and fresh then the fast food industry. Their business depends on it. The people in this post act like they were poisoned on purpose or something. There's no such thing as starving in America unless your a complete idiot. Find a dollar, buy a burger, live on. Wow! the govt. didn't even have to help! In fact, if they would lower taxes, the bums could probably get a burger for 39 cents again! What a concept. Thanks McDonalds for your contribution to America, and the world.

The sad little hoki fish inside your Filet-O-Fish sandwich {Daily Finance}

Sep 12th 2009 2:38AM It's not that hard to figure out. You fish for one type for a while and cycle to another type and then to another. Then the populations have time to replenish. Man, why do people make things so dramatic and complicated?

Ellen Calls Homophobic Politician {AOL Video Blog}

Mar 15th 2008 12:17PM Shame on AOL, they should reprimand Brendon H. the writer of this story, for such an opinioned and biased report. He thinks his view is right so he insults the senator. Homosexuality is a very destructive and unfullfilling life style. If you really love people you will not promote it. Cheers to Sally Kern for loving people enough to tell the truth!
