A good attorney could get this in court-and while she is lucid-get this resolved on a contingency basis & letting her son who cares for her have ALL her assets..The son who has along with his wife dishonored the Trust & her Will and not been to see her in 8 months.. We hope the major TV hosts will keep up with this as we all are hoping the younger son will get all her assets.. She can leave the crook 5.00 & not have to dis-inherit him.. Cape Cod in Ct?--they can afford an Atty.. A similar thing happened to me-first time cost 3000.00 and when my Dad died--I could not find an atty to challenge my Step Mom on contingency---she threw my Dad in nursing home--for a yr she never went to visit-they had wills where her kids got her home-and I would get his. She got everything plus his Govt pension 1600 mo and YOUR tax money has been paying this fluzzy a handsome pension plus SS every month for 21 yrs now..WE do not even think she is alive. Phone in my Dad's name-she had a host of children-nephews & nieces who lived in the home--she gave them my Dad's check book--she had lung problems-& they were blowing and going in LaGrange, Ga..She would not even let me have my parents photos--had antique value she said..She had lost 5 husbands mysteriously-did not even attend his funeral. She threatened to jail me if I crossed the state line to bring him to my home in MS to care for him in final yrs--she had his checkbook. He was literally starved to death in the home she threw him in..I was an only child & he and my Mom wanted me to have what they both had accumalated for years working for the Govt.. They had a pre-marriage agreement but in state of GA.--widow takes all..We wore out a car to drive to Ga to check on him.. The home restrained him to bed-brought 3 trays a day--he was tied down so could not eat--kept wool blankets on him in summer.I would go in-he would be sweating profusely. Elder Abuse needs tougher laws..This precious lady will likely die sooner now from the stress--so so sad. Hurry & find Atty to reverse the transfer of her trust to his benefit soley--to the one caring for her. I see that CNN has picked up this story---thanks CNN

There are so many crazy nuts who target high profile people and Pippa is here to stay--she has a long life ahead of her in the limelight. Three Cheers for her caring parents--it appears she needs more security than William & Kate. Since she is not a Royal--they can not cover her security. She is so stunning-now we can rest~ Pippa has security.

May 26th 2011 8:46PM Freedom to select his/her gender by age 4 mo? A child has no idea about gender til about age 3. Wow what a plan these parents had to get attention for a book/movie royalties! This child will forever suffer from this recidulous idea to fatten Daddy's wallet. This is definitely child abuse~ it looks like a boy--he will forever be different to all his peers and be bullied & called Mr It! So sad for him.

May 18th 2011 12:13AM The scary part to me is had he been born in our country~likely by now he would have been elected President. All we need is another lying cheat in our highest office. These type things are genetic and Maria knew his culture was so unlike American--I am sure she was not surprised. She seems intelligent! I do respect her leaving to let him know she still has a little pride and would not continue to share a bed with an adulterer. In doing so she would have been as guilty as he was. Maria will swim back to the top. He is over~

Apr 27th 2011 2:05AM Kirstie has not lost but 30lbs since she has been on DWTS.. She had lost some before she began. This is proof that when you move on a regular basis--the weight will fall. Her product will sell like hot cakes on QVC until she loses her place on the show and her exercise diminishes. Dancing is the best workout on the planet.. until I quit dancing--mine was a 23 inch waistline. If I had a guess Kirstie is a size 16-18.. She began at size 26--we need to cheer her on.. Her metabolism does not work as hard as Joan Rivers--that is a gift from God..

Apr 21st 2011 8:20PM O do lend me your ear~ My husband has the most gosh awful first name--& his parents called him by 2nd name which is also a surname.. then the surname. EVERYwhere he goes--even social security got it all messed up. He has a horrible complex over the ghastly first name when it says First Name Middle Innitial & Last Name. Name your baby a first name he will be called by and not an atrocious name.. Make it trendy... At an Appt they come out--call him by that first name--he wants to crawl under a chair....Major complex damage...
