Jesus did not give a "blanket" forgiveness to those people. He forgave them because they asked for forgiveness. No, Jesus is not an Equal Opportunity Savior. I don't know where all of you people get your information, but it is evident that you haven't read the Bible. Please do so, then render your opinions.Yeah, the Bible does say that homosexuality is an abomination. Sorry about that, all you liberal, go along with the crowd, people. Living a good life does not mean that you will get in Heaven, you have to ask for forgiveness from the Lord, and do your best to walk the walk, and talk the talk as a Christian. Being human as we all are, we will fail at times, but you must keep on keeping on. Yes there are "wolves in sheeps' clothing" walking among us, but, that doesn't mean that every Christian does what they do. That just gives people an excuse not to try to be a Christian, simply because they don't want to know that they have been wrong.

As for abortion clinics, Christians believe that a child is a child at the moment of conception, hence, abortion is murder to us. You are free to believe otherwise. Dan, separation of church and state is simply no state sponsored or state run religion. You are free to worship as you choose. I don't know any pastors who make a ridiculous amount of money. Most of them live as their church members do, plainly, worrying about bills, working at a second job, if necessary, and still tending to the needs of their church members. Can you say the same? I doubt it. When political affairs affect us, we have a right, as a group, to get involved in political affairs, whether you like it or not. When you can keep what you do in your bedroom, in your bedroom, and not put it in the faces of me and my children, we'll leave you alone. Churches are not formed to turn a profilt, they're non-profit, dumb*ss! Jason, just when did the Christian religion start a war? Tell me, I'd really like to know. As for being a Muslim, if you look in the history books, you will find that when the followers of Mohammed conquered a group of people, a tribe of people, or a nation, the conquered people were given a choice: convert to the Muslim faith or die by the sword. I guess we know what choice most of the people made. I don't think Christians are that way. In fact, the Muslim faith is the only one that I know that actively seeks to kill people of other faiths. I believe they call us infidels, and that to kill an infidel guarantees them a place in heaven, and you're down on Christians?! Reven, what race of indians were wiped out to allow us religious freedom? Please tell me. All in all, I think the negative comments were from a bunch of uneducated people who have never studied their history, either of this country or the world. Sad, really sad.

If it had been me, I would have left a long time ago, as soon as Madoff was arrested. With all those computer skills, you know they could have gotten ahold of some big money and ended up in some country that doesn't have an extradition treaty with the US. After all, who are you going to vote for: the party that gives you citizenship, or the party that wants to run you out. It's all politics, to hell with the law of the land, which, by the way, is illegal alien or immigrant= legal deportation back to the country of your origin. Mr. Obama is going to need those votes when it comes to elections in 2010 and 2012. I do believe that America is waking up to the farce that he is, at least I hope so. In the meantime, deport all illegals when they are caught. It is the LAW!!!

Nov 5th 2009 1:28AM I think that what "Welcome Donald" was trying to say was for the schools to quit teaching our children about "alternative lifestyles" as dtermined by the federal government (Thanks to Bill Clinton). I think what your "Democraps" or whatever you want to call your selves have forgotten is that the majority of voters have spoken in 31 states about same-sex marriages. That has been voted down by the people. So I guess that makes all the people who voted against it just low-life, poor white trailer trash, according to the so-called liberals. How does it make you feel to know that the majority of people voted against you and your liberal dogma? As for me, lesbians and gays need to keep their so-called lifestyle in their homes, out of my face, and away from my children. If that makes me a dumb, low-life, good ol' boy, redneck, then, so be it. I'm not ashamed of it at all. Never wanted to be politically correct and never will be.
