Nov 21st 2009 12:41PM At my job, the immature usually rule the roost. If you go by the rules, don't cause trouble, keep thoughts to yourself, yada yada... you get screwed. For example an employee gets in the supers face and yells at him. Result, he gets his way. Some of us are not getting 40 hours while the 3 whiny babies get OT, coz they sneak extra time, supers don't see what they don't want to see. Easiest job I have ever had, pay is good, but some things like favoritism, poor management are wearing thin on employees.
