Mar 28th 2012 2:43AM I don't know really anything about engineering or water pressure, other than when I heard that the window in the area he sat in was pushed toward him, I just felt chills of fear. I don't think I'd ever want to deep sea dive - I'm amazed that people do it. Sky diving is less scary to me.
Apr 10th 2011 9:33PM I agree, although other kids can find something about just about any name - unusual or conventional. My nephew Adam, who is in 4th grade but reads at a 10th grade level, gets called Ad-dumb sometimes. Kids!
Mar 28th 2011 9:32PM Scarlett, Scarlett, Scarlett - What are you thinking? Next thing you know she'll be hanging around Sean and Charlie Sheen.
Feb 5th 2011 2:42AM Most people aren't saying it's an "either/or" thing. Both the man and the mistress are at fault. We're only focusing on her because she wrote the book and doesn't seem like she's really learned a lesson. Maybe she should have waited 30 years and then seen if she had anything substantial to say.
Feb 5th 2011 2:33AM So you've met us all, huh? And yet I don't know you.
Feb 5th 2011 2:19AM Thanks for the laugh!
Feb 5th 2011 2:07AM So you don't like women! We get it - you've got problems.
Feb 5th 2011 2:06AM If it were a man trying to make money writing about all his gorgeous mistresses, we would be talking more about the man, and men who do this. But it's not!
Feb 5th 2011 2:04AM I think Jesus would forgive her and love her, but he'd also want her to understand the seriousness of her behavior and want her to instill that in her daughters as well. He wouldn't just say "You're forgiven" and then let her minimize her culpability (however that's spelled.) He'd also have some choice words for all the cheating men.
Feb 5th 2011 1:59AM She keeps saying "I'm sorry 'if" I hurt anyone." I think she's in denial still. And she assumes that people will think that being a mistress is glamorous? Even as an 18 year old, I believed cheating was wrong and that there was nothing positive about it. So what if the wife knows about it - it's still an ugly and sad thing. I don't wish this girl ill, but I hope she matures and someday comes to a deeper understanding of faithfulness and empathy and personal responsibility. She also says that she thinks that "women of all stages will enjoy this book." I tend to avoid books or movies on the topic of adultry because I find them depressing.
