WE ARE GETTING TO THE POINT OF A MORE REALISTIC RENT TO PRICE RATIO, SO LIVE WITH IT. IN THE LONG RUN THE DROP IN PRICES WILL BE BETTER FOR THE COUNTRY, ESPECIALLY FOR THE YOUNG.

Nov 18th 2009 12:47AM you will not get full employment unless you stop cowboy capitalism. we have to follow the lead of of china and it's state controlled capitalism. since we are in a hundred years war with islam all military procuremnet must be produced in the america like we did in the second world war, that's how we built up are once great manufacturing base. balanced trade or no trade. what we buy from you, you must buy from us.a 25% import tax on all product produced by american companies who have relocated over seas to avoid paying income and s.s. tax. remember the u.s.has spent twenty trillion dollars on war since the korean war. stop privatising our government spending. the money should be spent to create jobs not hugh salaries for the ceos and the whores on wall street. we became a great nation by exporting more than we imported, now china and the others are using that method against us. i could go on all day but you have the idea. make everyone take and pass a basic course in economic if they want the right to vote. and finally make everyone say the pledge of alligience and sing the national anthem each day or get on a boat and get the hell out of here. remember all of these aliens are nothing more than bandits marauding are nation and taking the loot back to their own country without regard for our health, safety or future. and with the world population reaching seven billion by 2020 you ain't seen nothing yet. round up the federal and state governments and put them in the yankee stadium and don't let them out until they fix things which any of you ass holes can do without much effort. and stop playing with yourselves because it starting to affect your brains. according to the discovery magazine one of the twenty ways that mankind can be exterminated from the plant is mass insanity which we are well into already.
