Jesse James: People Won't Be Happy Unless I 'Kill Myself or Disappear' {PopEater}
May 10th 2011 11:06AM Or, he could go the simpler route, he could stop talking and not write a memoir that included Sandra's life.
I'm sure there are many people who knew about him before Sandra but if it hadn't been for her most of us wouldn't.
If he's to be believed that he's that sensitive about his own precious feelings it might be time to put on big boy pants and spread some of that around. If he wishes to coparent with her it's long past time that he stop using her to bolster his own "fame". Time to man up, boyo.
Wedding Belles: How I Finally Fell In Love With My Mother's Wedding Dress {Stylelist}
May 5th 2011 9:41AM Nice dress, nice sentiments, but wow, there seems to be an endless supply of
nasty available. One has to wonder if some of the people who commented here are
this miserable in 'real life' or if they just get on the computer and spew all
their ugly out here and spare humanity.
Oprah Winfrey: Big Reveal is Long-Lost Sister {BV Buzz}
Jan 24th 2011 12:01PM A couple of years ago my older full sister found us and while I wouldn't say it would make great TV on any level as an only child for over 50 years it is rather amazing to meet someone so much like me. We had lives so totally different people wouldn't even expect us to be friends but we're so alike in so many ways I'm quite pleased to have her in my life now.
The general screaming, yelling, sobbing performance you see on tv is way WAY over the top, it's a quiet thing and quite lovely but I still identify as an only child though I love her like a sister....I think, having no experience with loving one before.
Take Care of Your Parents or Else! China Mulling Over New Caretaker Law {Walletpop Canada}
Jan 8th 2011 1:47AM As evidenced by some of the posts here already I can see where someone who didn't have a horrible childhood of abuse, rape, neglect and violence might think this idea is quite splendid but what about the people who barely managed to survive their upbringing? It's not a secret anymore that many children have horrific upbringings they barely survive but apparently some people here think they should still be responsible for their abusers/parents. I think that is unspeakably evil.
I suspect responsible and loving parents do get attention and care. Lord knows even one of my grandfather's did from one of my parents and quite frankly it was far and above what his selfish, deviant self deserved.
Quite the punitive law that would force people to care for those who abused them.
She Found Out Her Fiance Was Gay {MyDaily}
Jan 5th 2011 9:29AM You know, Jack, if those of us who have had to live through this had the power to turn men gay don't you think that we'd be all over that? My always gay friends who've always been out are far nicer, kinder, more socially involved, more interested in human rights, can talk about things besides 'the game' and their car, didn't have their glory years before 21, understand that hungry is not an emotion, and are smart enough that no one can make someone change sexual preferences. We'd use the power to make the world a nicer place over all and we'd never have to read crap like you spew. Win-win.
Certainly after being married for 30 years it was a shock and I am pretty much ruined by it in some ways, got some trust issues....ya think?....and other garbage from this so I wish he'd manned up a lot earlier but nothing to be done for it now. Do I hate him? No, but I do four years later still find myself wondering what kind of a narcissistic person would allow himself the liberty to do what he did for so very long. He was 55 by the time he let us all in on the secret because he needed to be the real him and have a real life, which I respect, but hey, what about those of us who thought this was our real life and thought we'd been the problem in the house when it was actually the huge elephant in the corner?
Women and children with broken lives you've read about here are the fall out from all you good folks so proud of your homophobia and prejudiced against other people's sexual orientation so we blame you even more than we blame the person who tried to be 'normal'.....whatever the hell that's supposed to mean.
And to the female thing that said...go die of AIDS, actually I think it was HIV....way to show your ignorance, you're one hateful cow.
Brandie the "Death Row" Husky Gets To Go Home {Pawnation OLD}
Dec 9th 2010 10:49PM I think examining every case is the only way to go. Zero tolerance equals zero thought.
I still have scars on one hand from a dog attack when I was a child, ironically a poodle, who I only managed to get away from by jumping up on a desk while he jumped, snapped and did an excellent impression of the shark from Jaws.
I think it is unreasonable to expect a dog to understand the theory that size equals danger when they are really only responding to the aggression they see from the other dog. While I feel very bad for Jack's people with the available information I don't see where Brandie was acting in an unexpected way if she was attacked. My dog, a rescued golden, is extraordinarily friendly and docile yet I have seen the hair go up on his back when he's attacked...easily controlled by distraction and a short lead but he will go into defense mode.
FAQ: Airport Body Scanners {AOL Travel News}
Jul 16th 2010 8:39AM
Well said, Bill.
I sometimes wonder if I'm the only one who thinks Bin Laden will probably be remembered as the greatest military tactician that ever lived, with so little "collateral damage" he's not only completely changed the world he has so many people rushing to assist him to continue to do so.
He required so few "soldiers" to start the original domino in these global changes and every now and then he can send out another single person to either get caught or, God forbid, succeed, and yet again the global population happily scurries to give up more of their rights to be "safe".
When he arrives in hell I'm pretty sure it's safe to say all the other conquers already there will bow down in homage. Ben Franklin would have been horrified to see just how very right he was.
Women Spend Nearly $25,000 on Shoes Over a Lifetime, Study Finds {Stylelist}
Jun 30th 2010 6:58PM Oh no I won't. Bare feet whenever possible because it's what I like. Boots for winter....1 riding....1 with heels. I pair of black dress shoes because life requires it, 1 pair of runners, 2 pairs of slip on summer shoes. All are over a year old, the riding boots which I love are three years old. We're done.
I'm sorry, I know it's your money, but I can't forget people are hungry or need help so over a hundred pair of shoes....wtf?
You've Never Seen WHAT?! Classic Movies We're Ashamed to Have Missed {Moviefone Blog}
Jun 18th 2010 11:15PM It's a wonderful life was hot a hit when it first came out but seems to have grown over the years.
Haven't seen a Harry Potter movie or read the books, Lord of the Rings movies, or, a Rambo movie. Have probably seen the first Godfather 20 times though and Casablanca more than that. I may need to get a life as I've seen most of the others on the list as well.
Russian President Blasts Sports Officials {Fanhouse Olympics Blog}
Mar 1st 2010 7:03PM Really? 170,000,000.00 on athletics? And we're closing hospitals in B.C. as well as other parts of Canada....canceling programs for kids in Manitoba and other parts of Canada and spending 170 MILLION dollars on GAMES over and above the many millions for the event it self?
Can anyone besides me say crime against humanity?
