How does what this person did make them "stupid"? They engaged in a perfectly legal activity, and some pansy turns them in for it, for what? Because they didn't like it? Don't look. End of story. If I were that teacher, I wouldn't rest until I found dirt on everyone in that school, and considering what little things it takes to be considered dirt in that school, it wouldn't be very hard.

I guess for their so-called "low pay" (I make less than teachers do, don't whine to me), they don't want to put that extra effort in. Easier to make an example and let someone else handle it.
