Jan 22nd 2011 4:41PM Wow...I thought there was something I did wrong. My youngest of four has this. She is very healthy, rarely gets sick, but has a very few items she will eat. She does take ensure daily, I mix it with milk and call it chocolate milk which she likes, that way I feel she is getting nutrients she needs. She is eight, I thought she would have outgrown this by now. At least I know it's real and can begin to understand this. Thank you for the article!!!

Feb 5th 2009 8:33PM What happened to coming to America in search of freedom from being told what religion to practice or customs to follow??? That is why our forefathers came here and set up freedom in the first place. That also means that anyone who does come here has to respect the freedoms of the people already here. If you don't like it...go back to your original country, which couldn't have been too great or you wouldn't have fled to come here!!!

Nov 25th 2008 7:34PM Look people...it is a parents job to watch their kids. Why are we a society that looks for other people to be doing our job??? It was meant as a deterrent, which it probably was until some nit wit thought that someone else who did not give birth to their child should suddenly somehow be responsible for watching them. It is not like they are paying a fee for private security. It is what it is. An added protection on top of the parents watching. As a mother of four, I watch my kids at all times and have never lost any of them, but then again I realize it is my sole responsibility!!!

Jul 29th 2008 1:25PM I wouldn't have a neighbor do it, but my sister and I have children close in age and lived eight doors from each other. My daughter refused to take a bottle, she would go without eating and a couple times my sister nursed her.
