Aug 18th 2009 10:06AM I was in NYC last week....I encounered the rudest people I have ever seen. Every corner had broken english speaking black men trying to sell bus tour tickets and it was next to impossible to get away from them...and a girl selling lemonade gets a ticket....not surprised.
