Really???
Do you realize how many people have to wear the CPAP
simply due to the fact that they snore and/or have HUGE adenoids that have NOT been surgically removed??
By the way, having the adenoids removed using laser is a wonderful way to do that procedure.
The adenoids cause people (women and men) to completely STOP breathing for as long as 15 seconds while sleeping. That is a HUGE loss of oxygen, which of course will make ANYONE VERY tired during the day due to al that oxygen loss!
Have your adenoids checked out. My son (who is not overweight at all) has had his removed twice. First time he was only 9 years old, then they grew back and had to have them removed again four years later.
The ENT (highly trained using LASER) bounces the laser off a dental mirror while aimed towards the adenoids. People feel so, so much better in two days. They can "breathe" again AND their voice sounds clearer since those huge things are gone!
It is so simple to find out from any "good" ENT if you have huge or oversized adenoids. If so, have them removed!
Being overweight is NOT the ONLY reason people snore, etc. It's worth checking out if you snore a lot.

"Whipped and Beaten" is NOT a "COOKBOOK." it's a far cry from one!!
Please do NOT waste your money on it.!! Simply pathetic and a real shame that anyone would even consider it a "cookbook." I feel badly for all the REAL CHEFS out there who work so, so hard and then a person puts this RIDICULOUS book out there on the market. What a waste AND a SLAP IN THE FACE to REAL CHEFS!!
