Dec 8th 2010 8:26AM I for one am astounded at the stupid idiots out there that get so mad over a person that doesn't even exist--since there's no Santa & those adults bitching about what he said(the naughty or nice thing)-have no merit since they are contributing factors to what I call the biggest lie your parents ever told you. The teach not to lie & then they tell you the biggest one ever. They should just shut up because they are the foundation of that lie. I know when I found out about Santa(anagram Satan who draws you away from the truth--going in debt for a fake made up holiday(Jesus was not born on Dec. 25th no matter what anyone says--look it up in the Bible--you'll figure it out)--I was a very disappointed kid--I no longer celebrate x-mas but have a nice dinner with my family & have a great time--I bought gifts for over 60 people, now the past 5 x-mases have been stress free. Try it,it doesn't hurt! Kids nowadays ask for way too expensive & way too many gifts than they deserve & they're never satisfied, that's how they'll grow up too, think about it.

Feb 28th 2010 9:02PM I save all my celery heels, leaves, & small stalks all the time--they're great for soup stock or chopped in soups & stews--cabbage too as long as it's blanched before freezing--great shredded in vegetable beef soup, try it--it's great--parsley is so easy too, just throw it in a bag--take some out & snip quickly with scissors into whatever you're making,stock,stew, meatballs, etc. & it's almost as good as fresh but better than dried.

i lost both of my parents & they suffered until death because they smoked. My father died of pancreatic cancer(tons of coffee & a chain smoker non filters at the start then filtered L& M's)--my mother had skin,labial & lung cancer & the 3rd stroke ended her life. I loved watching the show & loved all you guys on the Cornelia Marie, believe me I could never have done that job. Isent your dad a message asking him to quit smoking--that's what killed him--I hope you sons,if you smoke, will quit(as i don't ever remember you smoking on the show)& pass it on to your other smoking crew members(if they do)smoking kills & gives you cancer from the mouth to the anus so please listen & know I love you & am not downgrading you all--my intentions are love given. I hope you continue to work on the job your father & you guys love so much, the show is awesome!

We love you--so hang in there-- but you need to quit smoking,I'm not a perfect person & neither is anyone else but one thing I do know is that bottom line cigarettes kill--killed both my parents so take my advice 1 day you're not smoking adds another day to your life period--we wish you all the best & hope to see you up & running your big ship soon--ha ha you get to miss that nasty opilio crab season,brrrrrrrrrrrrr! May God bless you & hold you safely in his arms until you heal.

Nov 24th 2007 7:47AM Well, parents teach their children NOT to lie then they tell them the biggest lie of all SANTA--an anagram of SATAN who manages to get you to spend outrageous amts. of money or the arents will kill each other at the stores for a certain scarce toy & max out their credit cards just for a BIG LIE(SOOO STUPID)--& he also manages to take you away from the true meaning of the birth of Christ who by the way was NOT born on Dec. 25th, another LIE--they should've made a t-shirt that said "Santa is a BIG LIE!" --that would get them crying--I know when I found out that Santa wasn't real, I was so disillusioned about the whole lying aspect. If you're going to preach to kids to always tell the truth, then you should practice it from the beginning!
