Oct 21st 2009 12:35PM I shop at Kroger and they have been doing this for over a year. Each time I bring my own bag they give me a 5 cent credit for each. It is nice because then I don't get broken bags from cheap plastic.

Sep 24th 2009 8:09PM Seriously, you think just because the baby is big that it is ready to live outside the womb? Regardless of size it still would have been premature and suffer all of the same problems that the tiny premature infant does. The lungs wouldn't be developed yet! It is a matter of developmental stage, not what the baby weighs!
