Under funded, no troops, no support, no interest and a profound fixation with Saddam who had nothing to do with 9/11 dispite what Cheney and his daughter are still peddling on the Sunday talk shows. A total distraction from their self proclaimed war on terror. 7+ years v several weeks to decide whether to spill more American blood in a place where the USSR, the UK, and Alexander the Great and others all failed.
He still has the old spirit of attacking first and planning later. The anti intellectual "gut decider" did dither when he was called to serve in Viet Nam (another war he supported and watched from his chair). The man is a fraud

Karl Rove pulled near the same pitty party when just before a state election a press conferance was called to say that somebody planted "bug" in the campaign office. It turned out to be all nonsense, but it did give the appearance of the canditate being a victom. Pure political theater for the incurious amoung us. This woman is delusional, vicious and quite the accomplisher lier. I remember her appearance on Hardball before the 2004 Presidential election where she said John Kerry actually shot himself in Viet Nam to get a Purple Heart becasue he knew he would run for President 30+ years later.
Maybe her family is hiding from her?

Bush's Faith Based givaway gave Obama's chuch $1.5Million.Aalam Al-Jabir is a fake, phoney and a fraud and should like all good Republicans get their facts straight before they distort them.
This funding probably makes Bush the all time biggest supporter of the very thing he's suggesting Obama has done. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but not their own facts.

The bad loans have already been made and tightening up now is simply a joke. These funding sources have dried up long ago and will not return unless someone has been living in a cave.
Remember the RTC? When the Fed's got their hands on failed/failing S&Ls, they simply made a bad situation worse by dumping real estate inventory @ .10 on the dollar which then contributed to more failures based on the resultant free fall in values. The tusnami created by that forced Banks to write down loans further etc etc

Oct 5th 2007 8:03PM OK, so Rush stuck his foot in his big mouth again. Elizabeth Edwards called him out as a chicken hawk. Therefore John Edwards is a coward.....? Neothinking at it's finest!
Consider Bill Clinton. He protested the war and Bush Sr. and Neonuts panited him a draft dodger. Rush on the other hand, supported the Viet Nam War and often points out that if we had stuck with it longer, we would have somehow won. The people staying longer meaning "those people" (the one's who either voluntered or were drafted) and not Bush Jr.(working on a politial campaign in Georgia), Cheney (who had "other priorities) and our friend Ruch who had a boo boo hiney and couldn't possibly carry a rifle plus all the other "phoneys, fakes and frauds."
