Oct 24th 2012 12:14PM I've always wanted to do that. It is a stashed away wish coinciding with winning lottery or coming into money some other sort of fantastical way. For now we just have annual passes, which have been nice and we treat ourselves occasionally to the Napa Rose, which is well worth the price. And when the Lilly Belle is running we try to get reservations to ride. This year will be the first year our family stays in a Disneyland hotel, I am looking forward to it. So we do it on a budget, annual pass, Napa Rose, Lilly Belle, Disney Hotel, decent discounts with the passes. Not quite the 35k experience, but a good one just the same. I would pay extra though for unlimited fast passes. The park in years past has just gotten so much busier and crowded. I imagine it is not as easy to keep up on maintenance as in times past. The crowds do get unruly when things are shut down temporarily and a lot of patrons themselves don't always have a lot of care and concern for the park. I dont know the pay scale of the custodial staff but I hope they are well compensated! As far as trying to keep up with the parks cleanliness they are on it. I know one thing I do miss is the customer service, it is not the same at all, and employees are less engaging and friendly, but I guess people and times do change and maybe it is a reflection of their experiences with guests.

Jun 8th 2011 1:16PM Well in spite of that communication gaff with the agent and Delta Airlines and their out of pocket expense (I hate unexpected expenses too) I am glad to see and hear about the return of military personnel making their way back home whole, complete and safe to their base and families.

May 31st 2011 12:57PM I wish there was truth in advertising in everything and those disclaimers were in full screen or spoken in a less rushed speed voice. Like those pharmaceutical ads where the guy is near breathless as he runs up the list of all the worst things that can happen to when you take their pill for whatever is wrong with you currently. With makeup it leads to even more unrealized expectations especially for people who are more vulnerable and susceptible to believing these looks of perfection are achievable. I think air brushing should be banned. I'd love to see car adverts tell you it can get 41mpg but in reality your'e looking at 35 to 39. I'd love to go to a restaurant and actually get the food looking the way it does on the menu (such a disappointment every time)or the picture be taken how the food really looks so I can make better choices and ask questions like is the salad really that green or is it food color? And diets, imagine that multi billion dollar industry having a truth advert, besides the results shown not typical. I'd love to see the typical results, it's me on the couch with a pint of Ben and Jerry's crying at why I failed at yet another diet. The pill/shake adverts should be this diet works if you get off your backside and work out burning at least 500 extra calories a week and reducing your caloric intake by another 500 calories a day otherwise it's just another weight loss gimmick. May 25th 2011 12:41PM Hope Arnold wasn't dumb like John Edwards and used campaign funds to help his lover buy her home or support his child or other lovers' and children as well. I also wondered if the home he bought for Patty B how much of it does he own? How much of it did he put down and how much will Maria's half be of the property or the pay back for the down payment? None of this deflects the bad light and bad press off of AS it's all him,his doing and undoing.

Why is she still significant, because she is practically emaciated or because she keeps putting herself out in the press? I don't understand it, why does she keep popping up everywhere? May 19th 2011 8:25PM I feel bad for Maria and her kids. It's insane, the level of betrayal. Just to think every day that woman was smiling in the family's faces every morning. An affair is harmful enough,but with someone who you trust with your own family, in your home, someone who you do nice things for and care about and she was just steady using them all. She hung in there for her job and retirement, all the while she was literally double dipping. Maria has to pay her retirement, pay her for being with her husband in her bed while she was supposed to be doing house work. Then to hire her sister, buy presents, give gifts, probably ask how her kids are and that woman just kept taking from them and smiling in her face knowing. Poor Maria when and if she looks back and see's things. Wonder who else in Maria's house knew, beside those two. And the aftermath and fall out for all the kids all 5 of them. What a mess and all for money and sex, never worth it. No one deserves what those two did to all those other people around them.

May 17th 2011 2:23PM Maybe it felt pretend because he was pretending to be a decent man when he wasn't and he was pretending to full in on a marriage when he wasn't. He was pretending to be there for her when he physically and emotionally wasn't. He had to have bailed on the marriage long before he started the physical affairs. Maybe all the falseness was on his part and he just projected it on to her instead. She certainly wasn't false on how she loved, protected and cared for his children. He could at least be decent toward her for a moment for that reason alone and quit deflecting. And because of his choices in other women he shouldn't be surprised that she wanted full custody and sole adoption without him of her baby.
