Dec 5th 2008 1:53PM I LOVE Jillian Michaels. In fact, I have such a girl crush on her, that I now watch the Biggest Loser, just to see her in action. You're not kidding about the Shred. It's the hardest workout I have ever done in my living room. But Alexa, you have to believe me when I say you can do it again the next day. I know you think you can't because you are more sore than maybe you've ever been. But once you're in the workout, you won't feel it. I found it actually cuts down on the soreness in the following days. And you'll be "shredded" (whatever the hell that means!) that much more quickly.

Dec 2nd 2008 6:51PM I hear you. All the running around. The money stress. THE CHRISTMAS MUSIC ALL THE DAMN TIME. One year I would love to make (and receive) homemade gifts (cheesy, I know) and just stay home. So to answer your question, yes I am feeling a bit of holiday crankiness.
