My biggest regret is not staying in college at age 21 and instead joining a CULT to "save the world". But I didn't know that until 5 years later, after they used me up and threw me away.

I believe that a healthy diet with No caffiene, very limited sugar, salt, dairy, lots of green veg, fresh fruit, good grains, no processed foods, fish (omega-3) and yes, some other protiens as well, in a limited amount, will get one the same results (good health and energy, great skin) .

This Ayurvedic diet sounds extreme or limited in the range of enjoying food. I agree with any kind of exfoliation routine. Doesn't have to be dry , you can get the same results while wet, in the shower with a scrub brush. I know, I have been doing this routine from the the age of 23 til now ) age 46 and my skin is soft, clear healthy, pink, alive.
I read this with and open mind but only ended up turned off. I will get some ginger tea though! Forgot about that!
