Maximum Security Surrounds Bristol at 'Dancing' Tonight {PopEater}
Nov 22nd 2010 5:32PM Uhhh, why would anyone threaten a nobody, I mean she isn't a celebrity, she hasn't done anything to be one. Giving birth to an illegitimate child isn't anything special, the US is filled with single teen moms and young adult moms with illegitimate children. It must be her chickenhawk mother again, trying to trump up more media exposure and sympathy for her palins. tsk tsk.
What Happens if You Decline a Full Body Scan? {AOL Travel News}
Nov 17th 2010 11:06PM Tara, you sound like you know what you are stating, but where are the facts you are using coming from? Are you a designer of these machines, are you a TSA image processor or involved with TSA security in some way to know everything you have stated?

Despite what some of the comments suggest here, a full body scan does NOT broadcast 'nude images' of the person being scanned. It's not much different than an x-ray. There is no definition of body parts, as the image that is most associated with it when this technology was first introduced suggested. That image was a fake. You can't see genitalia. You can't see anything but the basic outline of the body. What it does show is all things inorganic on the body, like a gun or other weapon that is possibly hidden in places that a normal pat down wouldn't find. Plus, it shows non-metallic items that would be under the metal detector radar. But people need to quit believing that this scanner is somehow a magic machine that erases clothes and shows a naked body. That's not even close to accurate.
The Apprentice Tyana Alvarado After the Boardroom {AOL Jobs}
Oct 8th 2010 4:19PM To Garth Calderhead: But isn't this they way of corporate businesses. The behavior exhibited by those on Trump's show are exactly the type of people employed by corporations. I totally agree with your post, but this isn't the first or last time, that people like these, will demonstrate such devious, backbiting, throw your team member under the bus, behavior. These same people manage to fly under the radar and those in supervisory positions are totally blind to it, because they are brown-nosed by these devious employees...snakes, are the ones that are rewarded.
Dozens of Teens Sent Home From Homecoming for Dressing Too Sexy {ParentDish}

Dozens of Teens Sent Home From Homecoming for Dressing Too Sexy {ParentDish}
Oct 2nd 2010 6:42AM I believe prom should be a happy and expressive time in a young woman's life. She earned it by completing her requirements to graduate. Why punish them when they are exercizing their freedom of expression and individuality. At eighteen they are considered women. Women adhere to the fashion dicates of society and the media. This is considered being aware of modern trends in fashion. Although, I suppose the women judging whether the dresses were proper or not, may have been out of touch with the evolution of fashion. They need to definiately return these women their money, they didn't get to enjoy what they paid for, thus they breach a contractual agreement of payment for the purchase of something. In this case the right to enter into an event. They school is so worried about teaching the students about length of hemlines and how to hide their God given bodies, that they failed to see that they were teaching how to scam people out of money and go back on what you agree upon. In this case the $35.00 entrance fee. Shame on the staff of this school and shame on the school board for allowing this...Mostly shame on all of them for teaching students how to be devious in business deals...
SmackDown: Should a Former Prostitute Be Allowed to Teach in Public School? {ParentDish}
Sep 29th 2010 1:04PM I am surprised by those who are so upset with Ms. Petros' changing her life around. She used her money, it didn't cost the taxpayers any tax money in financial aid for her education and yet people complain. She did what she did with a purpose in mind, to receive an education, to better her life and chances; but people hate seeing someone change, makes them feel bad that they don't get off their lazy arses to get ahead. Instead they sit there judging everyone else making their way to succeed. It is most obvious they could use a teacher, any teacher, so they can spell correctly and not be so ignorant in their thinking...
Beware of these vases sold at Michael's -- they can shatter in your hands {WalletPop}
Sep 23rd 2010 12:53AM Why are people still buying products made in China? Support your country's economy, buy American. You wonder why China has so much money, Americans have made the Asians rich! Sony, Toshiba, Honda, Toyota, Kia, Nissan, Hitachi etc....come on people wake up! Read the labels, if it doesn't say "Made in the USA" don't buy it, be proactive, also complain to the stores that carry products manufactured in foreign countries. Boycott companies that employ out of country workers or have moved overseas.
Sharon Stone Wears 'Jersey Shore' Bouffant and Leather Pants {Stylelist}
Sep 21st 2010 12:18PM Sharon Stone is a fantastic actor and I believe she is entitled to wear whatever she feels like wearing, whether she is 20, 40, or 70! Since when do "we" dictate what anyone should wear? It's enough to figure out what we are going to put on our own bodies, let alone what someone else should do with theirs. Get a grip judgemental people!
Bristol Palin Getting Married ... To Levi Johnston! {PopEater}
Jul 14th 2010 10:47AM I am not a fan of Palin, but I am glad to read that Bristol is making her own decisions, something she should have done long ago. Good to know she is out from under her mother's thumb. An offspring can only be as screwed up as the parents make them.
Testing the Over-the-Top Hat Trend in New York City {Stylelist}
Jun 30th 2010 4:35PM First of all, the hat is meant to be worn with the apporpriate outfit. Of course this hat on this woman does not match to her outfit and makes her look like she just came out of the looney bin. Hats (expensive hats) are supposed to add to the total appearance of the dress or suit on the person, while looking pulled together. Anything less, deserves a harsh remark or to be the butt of a joke. She looks as tacky as a woman wearing gaudy rings on all fingers at the same time.
