The Corporations are entitled to make a profit . But, the banks, Big oil, Pharmaceutical and Health Insurance companies are making obscene amounts of profit ($Billions) while placing hard working people who struggle to make it from pay check to paycheck (or, unemployment) by taking advantage and using unscrupulous tactics (spelled out in fine print my a$$). Our country is the least educted and 37th in Health care and the majority of people here don;t give a rat's a$$.

Feb 10th 2008 11:22AM We've lost more civility towards others in the past several years than an any prior historical period. Most people in the service industries as well as the general public (customers) lack what used to be common courtesy toward the people the encounter on a day-to-day basis. I guess human's really do learn by example....

Sep 10th 2007 2:08PM The telemarketers brought this on themselves. Rude, obnoxious, arrogant and intrusive some of them could not take no for an answer. Send me your product info in the mail as you had to do in the years past. If you have a good product or something I may be interested in, I will look at it at a time convenient to ME instead of being forced to listen to your dribble at YOUR convenience. Nuff said!
